Tom's Cable, good or bad?

I have spoken to a company about contracting for Charter in S.C. and G.A., but all the feedback I have heard has been terrible.  Everyone claims they are unethical and that you can't trust them as far as you can throw them. Does anyone on here have any personal experience with these people?
