If you're not familar with BV or haven't heard of them before, I would advise that you not get in bed with them. If you havne't worked for and EPC, meeting their demands and payment terms often results in costing their suppliers hard earned money.  BV is a one of the largest EPC firms and is a household name in telecom. That's neither intended to be a compliment or to be negative.  Large network owners such as AT&T, Verizon, etc. source large projects through EPC's such as BV, Bechtel, Ericsson, General Dynamics due to these company's ability to project manage the entire project, scale up resources as well as front the enormous capex usually associated with projects of great size and scope.  I just find it perplexing that you've not heard of a company thats been around since 1916 and they do over $3.0B in revenue...not all of that's in telecom.  There HQ is in KC and their telecom work is sourced through their subsiduary called Overland Contracting.
