Wise is hurting the I&R contracting side big time with their low ball rates. If you go that route, I would suggest that you leave them asap, as their "regular" pay may be half what you should make. Don't know how (or why) anyone would/could work for the rates they pay! That's why they have constant adds on here, which does make the owner of this site big bucks (so this post may get deleted, haha).
Don't know of anyone else offering I&R training (copper), it's usually done by tagging along with someone for a while.
