If your in a hurry and have every little detailed covered...fine some one who already has an active contractor license, hire them, even if they don't do any work, then work under their contractor license. Give them a small % of "Net Income" or smaller % of Gross Income which is best for them, as you can deduct anything from your gross to show a 0 net and they end up with nothing. Do the right thing...Be Fair....Good Luck with it.
