10-4 I quit years before the drug testing started ,but as you know we partied heavy but worked our asses off, what has ruine dis contractors low balling their bids and not being able to pay a good sub price so they get what they pay for, and so the cycle begins, I can remember bidding on a sweep job for TWC in Jamestown NY, my partner and I got the job but our bid was so low it was barely above what we where getiing as subs, it was because C-Cor had low balled it so bad we had to drop our price(we had inside info to help us bid, they wanted us)
