If it wasn't for cable engineers from years ago...you wouldn't even have a job today. Back in early days of mid 60's I worked with some of the smartest technical engineers of the times, guys like Polis, Cavelle, Ridley, Bloom, Johnson and some 25 others when we were all working for Jerrold Electronics. There is a reason your doing all the labor work...while they just screw up the design...as you say is happening. If you know so much about the work task, take them aside and shown them how it should be done...other wise your talk is just... B/S talk.
