I think Kansas City turned into such a mess for a while that Google started micromanaging their contractors. When I was in Kansas City there was no quality control. And I think they went to the extreme the other direction from what I'm hearing. From some of the stuff I got it looked like the Google people just for making crap up. I got one contract with a splicing machine had to be a 70 or newer. I'm pretty sure if 70 doesn't do any better job than a 30 just faster more efficient. I'm more worried about the flood of cheap labor that's about to hit the market when they close happened in the eighties with coax people who dropped their prices so low it's not even worth leaving the hotel hell it won't even pay for the hotel
