looks like your be a busy man...you took care of him so far....so just keep it up....I'm sure he appreciates your efforts.   Now listen:  Blind-un educated - etc has nothing to do with it, even a dam professor would have problems with some of the VA requirements.


Have this guy check into the """""CHOICE"""" program for vets, were he can use local doctors/hospitals.
