The NBA and the Rap labels are not hiring?? No seriously there are several reasons. Low wage illegal immigrant work force that works harder and longer hours. Most companies do not want felons on the workforce and many have one or more on their record. Culturally speaking you lose face in the hood for 'acting white' or 'working for the Man'. No skills because no father around to teach any. That is just for starters.....
