Sleep in ,hang out in the hood, place to live, free phone, food ebt card, sling dope, can't pass drug test for job, won't work for less then 18.00 an hour. Won't work hard, Get to father kids by multiple women,that start cycle over with tax credit per kid. No driver licence ,police record. no hope , gangs peer pressure, no jobs,  no jobs. Now I am going to tell you of the blacks because that is all race . FREE the Irish LOL
 USA should put all kids not in school in  the arm forces when they get out of school at 18, they will never go back to the hood .
