You're right with all of that. I didn't say all the contractors are hacks. It's all just a huge mess and it's the front line guy that always carries the burden.  I've never seen a project burn through so many people. With pay cuts and increased demands, the good people can't make it. But it doesn't stop there, Primes and subs are all getting burned as well.
