comcast twc over the years have hired consultants to fish contractors across the country it has become a ballgame year after year on who will go the lowest southern region bottom of the barrell BTR comes to mind they have been contacted where storms have occured outside there area will come in and do a job for regular rates instead of storm rate hispanic contractors in TX also started a wave of cheap prices these guys are just satan in the flesh
