If it is just spicing on the pigtail at the house and a splice at the enclosure, 2 to 3 an hour. If you are mounting the node enclosure, 1 an hour. If mounting the node, I would suggest you hire a helper to get out ahead of you. Provided it is just going down the block and not having to pack it all up and drive to the next location.
I have seen a big wheeled Harbor Freight dolly fitted with a shelf for the splicer, tool pouches and a 5 gallon bucket for trash that would be pulled up to the house to make it all easy and clean. The guy would set the foot of the dolly on the flat of the bumper of his truck and bungee it in place for traveling between locations
