Questions for fiber techs who have have fusion spliced drops at the NIU at the side of the house.
Will I need any specific tools that will make each job go quickly and efficient. I believe that a pig tail is to be spliced on, anyone familiar with the process? I'm not sure of the type of drop that is installed other than they will be mostly undergrounds in Austin Texas. I have a good FTTH fusion splicer (Fujikura). Any and all tips are greatly appreciated.
