When I worked for Ervin in Lousiana they would give me a node to build and splice and if I went to it and it was already built but needed splicing I would splice it and they would pay me for the full build and splicing.
Always paid on time after the 30 days out and recieved every penny of retainage, I knew a bunch of hacks that were always whining about slow pay and they were the ones that had a 1" stack of Gig sheets in their inbox.
