Charter Contractors

Currently working for a construction contractor with Time Warner Cable, with Charter buying Time Warner just curious to see how that will effect us? Does Charter use contractors about the same as Time Warer? We've heard both; that they are very contractor oriented and sub out a lot, and we've also heard they dont use contractors at all. Just looking for some info, thanks.
