I didn't say that the RC or DWB orgs were perfect, but for the most part the majority of the money they collect actually reaches the entended people.  I was pointing out that The Clinton Foundation is nothing more than a money laundering machine for the Clintons and they use it for their own personal gain. One of the things that is coming out with Hillary's emails and the real reason she used a privet server is she was engaged in pay to play when she was SS and most likely sold off her future influence if elected president.
