There is no such thing as....Stealing a sub, they didn't belong to you anyway, slavery went away years ago. I court there is no such thing as a Non Compete Clause..you can not stop someone from making a living within their trade. Treat your workers with respect, pay them a fair wage, provide a safe work environment...then you won't have to worry about your work force moving on down the line. Just like a Prime..they also have a family to support. Now I've had MSO's pull all contractors in at start of the job and tell them all that they don't want workers jumping ship, they don't want the hassel of the contractors calling and complaining about losing your workers.
Go hire some Wanna Bee pole climbers and start over but when you get down to why this shit happens....it's all about the buck folks !!!! Bullshit walks.....and money talks !!
