I know that the owner of the system in Kuujjuaq city, North of the province of Quebec, has been using some contractor from the United States and Canada to do maintenance work on his CATV system.
This owner of the Kuujjuak system, owes me over $ 8.000.00 for work done and has not paid for over 2 years.
I have a decision of the small claim court of Quebec for this amount, but this owner is lucky that he live in a north area where no lawyer want to work.
