( CONTRACTORS ) Stop hiring these guys that just discovered a coring tool .Their giving cable a bad name . And plenty of HEADACHES .You know what Im talking about . There are alot of VETERAN PRO-SPLICERS hungry for work .Youve got to be tired of ( leakage , loose connectors,suck-outs,unclean center-conds.,loose drops,loose seizures,defying the laws of specs.,kinked cable,shallow or un-uniform loops,lying about EOLs,NO SIGNAL,staggering amounts of GIGS,not operating in a professional manner on the highways ( shutdowns for everyone )ZERO troubleshooting abilities , etc.)They screw up THEIR work then someone else has to fix it. But they continue to work and still get paid usually the same money as a PRO . Maybe someone should train them before they put a coring tool in their hand.The ones that never did LINEWORK (become a splicer & bucket-baby first) need to go back and start at the beginning. We VETERANS have worked really hard to get where we are at. I know you can get these guys cheaper (therefore, DRIVING ALL PRICES DOWN TO DIRT).But all and all in the end you will see YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! No matter how any other splicer cheats , I STILL DO IT BY THE BOOK .
