I'm all for everyone making good money.  I personally would not object to subs moving up - that is how you grow your business.  I just haven't ever had a prime actually proposition my employees and subs while we were on a project - and I do have non-solicitation and non-complete language in my contracts.  Not all of us are out to screw people over.  That sucks in both directions.
