Depends on alot of things what type of machine you get . if your burying in hard dirt you need more weight . We use 410s up in New Mexico to get 12 inches in rough terrain . You need to figure out where you are working first and ground conditions bf getting a machine then get a machine to fit the conditions . It is better to have more machine then you need as you can use it elsehwere . Boring equipment will be a must as you will have drive ways and small road crossings many times .
