I run mine at 49 ch 116 and 40 ch 2 I should probably run a little more tilt 49/38 but I get good numbers out of it using these levels. I use SA 6940 nodes and run them the same outputs. I'm running a mostly full digital lineup using these levels 2 and 116 are analog plus pilots with a system much like your #2 plant and have no issues usually close to 40MER at last amps 38MER EOL. If I was using ch 135 I'd go to 51/37. Your system #1 plant sounds like a challenge but you should be able to run the backbone at these levels and possably derate a little 47/38 for the longer cascades,beware of high band roll off though and fix or adjust according.
