I used S&F as a sub contractor-2 crews, when I was building a self support ADSS Fiber link from Ashland Ky to Charleston, WVA...some where around 1998-2000. They only did a few runs for us as ADSS was pretty new to them and they were not properly tooled for the big stuff. What they did was acceptable. Our crews averaged about 21,000 a week with the ADSS-48/96/144 counts-pretty heavy cable, plus we had to install all OHG-Anchor-Grounds and strand the span to place back loops. Can't remember the two owners of the S&F-one was a balded guy...so I guess I can't help much.
