Glad you are looking to a lawyer to fix your situation. When you do get up with a lawyer do mention that you do not have a COPY of your contract (Is that correct?). Part of the contract ritual form is that both parties have a written agreement to which both can refer.

Beyond that do find and or keep any checks you have....that is where you go looking for assets.....get a judgment...get paid.....finding their money  & them can be hard.

DO contact DirecTV & AT&T......they are sending these birds the work,,,,and do include them in any suite......ask the lawyer.
