I don't know of any Cable company or subs that qc 100% of work. And why let a guy get to 40 jobs and failed them. If any manager would qc a new tech to the system and failed him on the first 3 he should have been pulled from the field and told him where he was going wrong. And if he did another 3 and failed him I would of yanked his tech number. To let him get to 40 and they all failed is piss poor management by any standard.
