Apparently they was not....."Your Guys", Up the bucks and win them back, when your prime yells fowl.....tell them it works both ways, the only problem, you take home less bucks. Treat your guys w/respect and pay them a fair wage. Do they know what your getting paid, it's best to tell/show them your contract payout sheet and what % they get. Be upfront, be honest...but most of all.....Don't be a sucker when dealing w/prime contractors. You can not keep a person from working for others...there is no such thing as a no compete contract other than maybe a statement of 2 work weeks/30 days after they leave you.
Good Luck to you...a sad lesson learnt. Get your men back, make the prime pay you more for screwing up the contract. Just be safe out there ! "MicroMan"
