I've had about the same experience with Sitco.  I contracted them to reqruit 5 techs, had a few rag tag people show up and not a single tech "worked out".  They then called and asked for more money!  I told them no and that they hadn't fullfilled the original 5 techs.  They changed their number on me and I haven't been able to get ahold of them.  I also know that I will never see my money again.  These guys are frauds.  Stay far away!
