No the Butt head is going to the South by Southwest Music and film festival in Austin, I guess he figures thats more fun than honoring a past first lady just like going to Cuba and spending millions when asked why The White House said he thought it would be fun. This Banana Repulic President is such an ass. I'll be curious to see how much money this man walks away with when he gets out of office.
