Agree, since the 90s inhouse pay has literally only changed a few bucks in this field of work. Sucks I turned down a Ground Man job with the city where I live in GA because it was only $10hr which is what minimum wage should be in my opinion, like you said requires years of learning and sometimes a life comitment
