Re: Cable Linemen...get no respect

Now with phone company's picking up catv plants it's fun to watch them get all confused and realize it way more complicated then copper. And I don't know what you guys have been doing I have always made stupid money from climbing poles hanging strand to splicing. But they did have better benifits. Granted did have to work a lot harder then them. But I was in a car dealer with a lineman one day and the sales lady came up and started talking to us when she asked what we did for a living the guy said cable TV with that she walked away didn't say a word just walked away.
