I worked for them for about 8 years, the company is not bad. Pay is every 2 weeks, they do have charge backs for late eta's if you don't call the customer and have dispatch note it($20) there is a $100 charge back for failed qc's. The problem is brighthouse, their equipment sucks you go there to put in a hddvr and the hdmi might or might not work or the box won't power on its always a problem. They also have same day call overs, so you might leave with 4 or 5 jobs but end the day at 11 pm with 10 jobs.
