Dayton OH DTA project run away

IT'S A JOKE The project is keep being pushed back been here 2 weeks and now they say it will start on the 15th every house is a rewire.they won't start it until they get 50 techs they have  26 and every day someone is leaving or getting  a 3 days off do to a failed qc  we was told they are going to hit use hard on qc and the kicker is were not being given everything to do the job right.
