Actually I looked at their website again and I think they are broadcasting with 100kw.
Definitely strong enough to cover the continental US from South Carolina. I don't have a shortwave radio or a meter with me right now to know with 100% certainty, but I'm pretty sure that's going to be it. 17537 mhz is not going to come up on google, usually shortwave stations broadcast at 5 khz intervals. I don't think there is a master list of shortwave broadcast frequencies, and I know they change often. Many ingress spikes are broadcast stations. I think on most meters you can turn on sound and listen to the station to ID it.
