Probably WHRI Cypress Creek SC.  If it is a shortwave broadcast station you can always put the sound on your meter to ID it.  Their website says they broadcast 11AM-7PM EST on 17.530 and 4-5 PM EST on 17.540.  500kw transmitter, that is as big as it gets.
