I agree with both, on the loan aspect.
If you can find someone decent to work for that is honest, that has decent rates and doesn't hold you out too long on pay, and doesn't micro manage, That is your best and only chance of success. But most are looking to capitalize on any shortcomings you may have, and are looking to exploit them. Good luck to you either way you go.
