It is important since a business is liable to a business invitee for injury caused by dangerous conditions such as bad floors or oil on the linoleum. There is a presumption that anyone entering a retail store or restaurant in which one may browse is a business invitee unless there is evidence to the contrary.
the ladder is leaning on the pole you sure as hell cant go forward with it duh.....you have to back up with the ladder while lowering it .....usually electrical poles and cable are on easements that belong to the city or county it might not even be the business owners property.......the comp people should give you an impairment rating for a settlement dont let you lawyer rush you into it.....you could get retraining for different work
