Oh I've got issues! Fortunately I think the light bulb just came on. I knew I was being dense.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, again. I think the 12dbmv/6mhz is the analog equivalent. So all I have to do is set signal gen/ sweep source to give me 12dbmv at the transmitter input and pad the receiver to the correct level at the CMTS. The CMTS will then automagically reduce the transmit level of the digital carriers. Idiot proof. Well almost.
