Looking to settle in with a Good Company!!!!!!!

I am looking for a company that's long term, not one that is here today gone tommorrow. I understand the the industry is shakey I been in telecommunications for 23years. But I am tired of being hired in Jan. and laid off in Mar. I went in at a low weekly salary to help a FRIEND build his business from 20k to 200k a week after a year I went in to ask for a raise and got turned down.
