Re: Dynamic Routing

Its pretty easy to manipulate if you know how.  I don't like it, but after almost 2 years of dealing with it, i've gotten used to it.  Really sucks at the end of the day, techs never know if you are done or not.  Works great for management, they can move jobs around all day long and techs are none the wiser.
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
