Those who responded are not giving you smart ass answers to your questions, I'm pretty much retired however have been in this industry since 1965.   You want to have a good company, know every thing from the top of the pole to the bottom of the hole....it's called the school of hard knocks......get out in the streets and give it hell.    "MicroMan"
