Great advice, I really appreciate it. I had a meeting with one contractor today, and the pay scale I was offered was substantially higher then I was thinking. But, this company does require workmans comp insurance from the llc as well as genreal liability and umbrella (which I assumed) so costs raised, but so did the pay.
I have a (attorney approved) independent contractor agreement contract ready for my ICs. And I am lucky enough, my sub, has an admin that is working with me to make sure I have everything buttoned up exactly as they need.
