u should talk with someone in depth about small business in general      i can tell u 2 great conversation starters         incorporation over LLC       and never starting a business in a loan or float situation.   this is catv      there is a reason why prince wanted more money   if u have deep pockets to be able to float it  and then some   go ahead     go for it           leave you with this         after 45 to 90 days the big giant check is coming  it arrives  you open it up   should be   190,000        the check says   42,000        the corporate office says something got messes up  you will have to wait another 45 to 90 day cycle to get the difference       wow    u think you and all those familys u have involved are ready for that
