not sure about your area but Columbus Ohio, New MSO New Stickers on peds, same shitty data speed, system outages etc....
i had an issue at one time and the Philipino dispatcher asked me the address, then told me the tech was on the pole near my house-----all underground to the closest node 1/2 mile away..
