You guys are fast to reply. We don't have any temps up and we typically use flex 500 to temp anything with voltage on it because of the loss.
The power supply is an alpha xm2 set to 60 volts. The amp mod has been replaced. It's an Arris flex max 601e amp. The amp itself doesn't have voltage settings.
We don't run any cascades over 6 amps deep and this is the 3rd power supply for this node.
The power supply is running at only 7 amps so I don't think that's the issue.
