I've worked for Dave Schadi , Freds  brother and have spoke with Fred many times . My opinion if you do your work correctly you will get paid . I always did . I will say this if your a crybaby or bucket biotch it wouldn't be the job for you.As in any job do your homework look at the work ahead of you. They have been the prime in Florida for a long time and I don't believe them to be going anywhere . If your a cabledog you will have no problems. "WHITFIELD"
