Re: Comcast in Little Rock

im a comcast tech from the GCR.  Little Rock im guessing is in what they call the Big South region.  that is the worst region in the company ive been told.  its all ariel, and they system is just old and poorly put together with lots of problems... ive never personally worked down there, just heard that from many people including instructors from there while in various training classes.
