Shane Fountain  my son is going to buy 86 acres of land for less then $ 1000.00 arce.if he can get the lone. It was logged and not planted . Just volunteer growth. real thick brush. He has the alpine champion of this county and boer goats.He has over 300 miles of mule tape from pulling underground and he told me boer goats sell on the hoof the same as cows.Take the franklin logger and cut out 30 acres  put up electric fence and a lot of mule tape to warn  them and the escape goat knows better then getting too the mule tape.  It is working now .I don't know if you know, they will clear it off and you don't have to feed them. Breed them sell them and move over to the next 30. after that move them to the last part left , then the first part is ready to run a again.
