If Heaven and Earth passes away, then the words WILL disappear... For if there is no one on earth to hear or say those words then they cannot exist... and if heaven passes away wouldn't god also pass away?  therefore, again, no one around to hear or say those words...  and if you say god does not pass away then who is to say those words are being said and to whom???
