Bechtel is more of an umbrella /management company in the role they are playing for Google. They have been assigned the entire South Eastern US from what I understand. They will probably still be using smaller prime contractors to facilitate the army of subs that will be needed. That's if there are any subs left in the country that didn't get scared out of Kansas City.
